The film depicts the encounter of two children who resemble each other. Ayşe is the child of a poor family. Her father Rıfat has long been in prison. After his release, he forces Ayşe to beg and steal. Fatoş is the spoiled child of a wealthy family. Her father died in an accident. She lives with her mother and grandfather. One day, she secretly leaves home to play outside. While walking around, she encounters Ayşe’s father Rıfat. Rıfat mistakes Fatoş, who looks a lot like Ayşe, for his own daughter. He forces her to go to his home. Ayşe, on the other hand, gets caught by a man when stealing. As she runs away, Ayşe reaches Fatoş’s home. The gardener mistakes Ayşe for Fatoş and takes her home. The two children accidentally switch places. They tell the truth to their families, but nobody believes them. This mix-up will change both of their lives.
