Her unique talent caught the attention of the country's leading families, which placed her at the decision-making centers. She fell in love with an actress 10 years younger, but kept the relationship a secret during the dictatorship, under penalty of losing certain privileges and access to certain media. The action of the telefilm "Maluda" takes place in two decades. The 70s and late 80s, with her house in Lisbon as the focal point. "Maluda" revolves around an interview given to a journalist, where the painter talks about her life and work, taking us to know various past situations, thus better illustrating her personality. The pretext for this conversation are the stamps she designed for CTT and which would eventually win the World Award for Best Stamp (1987 and 1989).
