Ema is an energetic 25-year-old saleswoman in a supermarket in a small town. Tomas is a 30-year-old roofer living in a nearby village. One night, from which neither of them expected anything significant, quickly grows into a relationship, love and living together. Ema decides to entrust Tomáš with everything she has lived in her life. But he doesn't care, because according to him, they both have to live only now and here. However, a chance encounter with the past unexpectedly starts a series of events that turn the lives of the two concerned upside down.
