The Gozma, led by Star King Bazoo, have conquered planet after planet, adding each one into a member of its empire. Soon, they will come to Earth and try to conquer it. Having received information regarding the incoming invasion, the Earth Defense Force is created, led by Commander Ibuki. From gathered elite soldiers from other military branches, he puts them through a training from hell to see who will be able to wield the one force capable of defeating the Gozma – Earth Force, and become the Changeman.
