Despite the differences in their backgrounds, three young women, Matty Wickham (Clare Wilkie), Hannah Randall (Victoria Smurfit) and Lydia Weston (Tabitha Wady), become fast friends during their service as nannies to wealthy families in London's upscale Berkeley Square.
