The crossover of your quirky TV-loving dreams — or at least the dreams of the people involved — is happening. Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez is guest-starring on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and if you follow the actress on Twitter you might even be able to guess her role.
According to Entertainment Weekly, Rodriguez will appear for one episode later this season in a top-secret role. But it's not hard to infer who she could be playing, since she's tweeted about it before.
Back when Stephanie Beatriz's character Rosa Diaz came out as bisexual, Beatriz mentioned Rodriguez as her dream casting for the role — and Rodriguez tweeted her approval.
Thanks to a since-deleted Instagram post from Beatriz's costar Terry Crews, we know that Beatriz and Rodriguez share a scene together. If you put the clues together, it really seems like Rodriguez could be the girlfriend Rosa has mentioned in recent Brooklyn Nine-Nine episodes.
