Mervat Amin

Egyptian actress. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ain Shams University, English Department. She started her artistic life through the university, where she participated in the university team and presented the play (Ya Tale'a al-Shajara) by Tawfiq al-Hakim. It was discovered and presented to the cinema by the artist Ahmed Mazhar in 1968, when she participated with him in the movie (Confused Souls), and from here she launched into the world of stardom.
