The historic battle for keys and gold coins erupts once again. The adventurous AVRO show *Fort Boyard* returns to Dutch television starting Monday, September 5, 2011. The presentation is hosted by Art Rooijakkers and Gerard Ekdom. AVRO's new presenting duo welcomes two teams of four celebrities in each episode. The competition in the French fort is intense as they fight for a spot in the final, but there is also plenty of laughter. For the filming of the 10-episode series, the crew and contestants traveled to the famous fort on the French west coast. Sportsmanship, intelligence, tactical insight, and perseverance are tested, and personal boundaries are pushed.
