International smuggler Tony Dumont is aboard a plane carrying a shipment of industrial diamonds. It is hijacked by men who flee with the gems. Tony and other passengers, including famed author Pamela Vincent, are flown to Hong Kong, where he doesn't get to say goodbye because Pamela is mobbed by the press.
