After separating from his wife, Deruga arrives in a small town, where he acts as a prosecutor. Over the weekend, he gets involved in various intrigues. Thanks to his deputy, Kurek, he learns about the case of Markowski, the director of the CFP, who transports goods illegally. At the same time, he meets a girl named Magda, with whom he will connect with a thread of sympathy.
