Pirot Town is captured by enemies during World War I. Hacı Ömer, who lives in the town, knows the plans of the enemy forces. An agent named Turgut goes to town to find out what Hacı Ömer knows. Although Turgut introduces himself as a merchant, he is caught and locked in the cellar. Meanwhile, Hacı Ömer was detained and sent to Sabochay. Turgut, who managed to get rid of the cellar, sets out for Sabochay to find Hacı Ömer.
