It tells the true story of the street clown Miloud Oukili, his arrival in Romania in '92, and his meeting with street children, the so-called "boskettari". After many misadventures and real tragedies, opposed by corrupt officials, Miloud will be able to create a real circus company and be able to stage the show in the main square of Bucharest, demonstrating that it is possible to restore human dignity to beings that everyone considered animals.
