Thief Micky (Simon Yam) was arrested by police detectives Keith Lui (Tony Leung Ka-fai) and Leung Sing-po (Kenny Bee) while attempting to steal a priceless diamond called "Star of Malaysia". However, when this priceless gem goes missing, Micky frames Black Rose (Veronica Yip) for stealing it, causing an uproar.
