The Beautiful Bride in Black is a thriller by director Carlo Rola from 2004, starring Iris Berben as the vengeful Sylvia Rosch, who does not even shy away from murder to achieve her goals. The original title was Death Angel. The investigating authorities realise that Sylvia is a woman with particularly dangerous qualities. Through skilfully rehearsed exercises, she is able to assume the role of another person at any time and imitate their character traits almost perfectly. In the course of the plot, it becomes clear that anyone who watches her play becomes the victim of an insidious murder. Sylvia's favourite victims of her plan are rich, single men or marriage swindlers. The authorities face a particular puzzle in solving this sinister series of murders, as Sylvia's ability to transform into a completely different person at short notice confuses everyone involved.
