The three young students Quirinalis, Joker and Wursti live in a small town in Lower Bavaria and are committed to "the largest Bavarian self-help group for outsiders - the SPD". Shortly before the state elections, they want to help the SPD win. To do this, they not only stick up election posters, but have also come up with a special campaign: On the day of the election, they want to disrupt the funeral procession for a deceased local brewery owner with a banner, leaflets and loudspeaker announcements.
