A Sathyamangalam-based photographer Gopi and his assistant Alagumani arrive at a remote village called Mundasupatti on an assignment. The natives of this village are superstitious: they fear getting photographed, believing that it will lead to death. Gopi falls in love with the village chief's daughter Kalaivani but is constantly troubled by her uncle Muniskanth. Does Gopi get his lady love?
