Rocco, former boxing champion is over forty years old, and after the separation from his wife he lives like a loser, not at all satisfied with his life, with no hope of improving. Together with his former coach Marcello he runs an old gym. But one day he meets Ben, a young Senegalese boy without work and without a residence permit, but who is very talented and could become a boxing ace. Rocco then pours out the enthusiasm that thanks to this boy he finds again after a long time, hoping to be able, at least this time, also thanks to the support of a confident sports entrepreneur, Monica, to obtain a personal victory and at the same time to give the chance for a better life in Ben.
