Two white cops, Bob "Uncle Bob" Hodges, a respected 19-year LAPD officer and Vietnam veteran, and rookie officer Danny "Pac Man" McGavin have just been teamed together in the Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums unit that patrols East L.A. and South Central.
