Even when on vacation in South Africa, husband Ferdinand can only think of his work. Wife Emma is very annoyed. When he had an accident in nowhere in South Africa and behaved inconsiderately towards the locals, Emma was finally fed up. She gets out of the car and Ferdinand has to drive on without her. On site, she meets the ostrich farm owner John, who is on the verge of bankruptcy. She helps him build a new business model with tourists. But it's not that easy with someone as stubborn as John. So she flies back to Germany disappointed, but she cannot completely forget John there.
