Jacques Rogge is a Belgian sports administrator and physician who served as the 8th President of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) from July 10, 2001 – September 10, 2013. An Olympian, in sailing in Mexico City 1968, Munich 1972, and Montreal 1976.
