Barbara Martinez, an 18-year-old half-breed girl, daughter of a human and a witch, accidentally reveals the existence of witches to the world, who have lived in secret for millennia. To restore peace, academies are created, places where humans, witches, and half-breeds learn to coexist in this new society.
