The world as we knew it is in ruins. About a month ago, the T.E.A.R.S. virus also broke out in Central Europe and within a few days nothing was working anymore. Bailout plans failed in most countries. The public organizations had been streamlined too much during the economic crisis and so there weren't enough hands when it was time to lend a hand. Already in the first week, the power grids failed nationwide and with them the reporting. The latest snippets of news reported of infected people overrunning Hamburg Airport and since at least that time only very sporadic sirens have been heard on the streets. Just two weeks after the outbreak, over 90% of the former German population was dead or infected. The few that remained scavenged the ruins in search of essentials or simply used what others had looted. From now on there was anarchy!
