Two years have passed since Vert Wheeler won the World Race and was crowned the greatest driver in the world. Now racing as a member of an illegal street team Teku, Vert and his crew compete with rival faction Metal Maniacs for dominance on the streets. Things heat up when Dr. Tezla reappears to recruit both factions to drive for him yet again, capitalizing on their intense hatred of each other. Using the Wheel of Power, gateways to new dimensions known as Racing Realms can be accessed where racers compete to win the legendary artifacts known as AcceleChargers. They're not alone however, as the Racing Drones have returned to claim the AcceleChargers for their own ends. With tensions running high and stakes that are even higher, can the human racers defeat their rivals in the ultimate tests of driving skill?
