As the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics grow near, the world's eyes are on the city of Tokyo. Initially airing in 2017, SONGS OF TOKYO's goal is to help to spread Japanese culture, outside of sports, around the world. This year, we are excited to announce we will be broadcasting SONGS OF TOKYO's third festival, SONGS OF TOKYO FESTIVAL 2019 on NHK WORLD-JAPAN! Shingo Murakami hosted the event with co-host Chiaki Horan, hosts of the regularly-aired SONGS OF TOKYO TV show.
