Statistics say that a third of Israeli citizens deal with anxiety, 25% deal with severe depression that requires hospitalization or medication, and a quarter of us deal with a variety of post-trauma symptoms. Sixteen people who are in complex mental states have agreed to open up to the camera, and tell about their lives in the shadow of mental fluctuations. Everyone will reveal the causes of what has hurt their souls, and the challenges they face today and their family and friends. The series will feature four episodes, in which participants will talk openly about dealing with the mental state they are in. In addition, mental health experts will participate in the program who will explain the mental symptoms that will be presented in a "mental state", and the various factors and treatment methods that can be used.
