Tawanchai returns from Australia believing that his father, Rarn, has died in a car accident. Don, who is in debt due to gambling, agrees to leave the country as part of a deal with Araya to pay off his debts. As Rarn's debt to Araya increases, Araya suggests a deal in which Tawanchai marries him to pay off the debt. Chuck intervenes to help his friend, offering to pay Rarn's debt in exchange for Tawanchai.
