Two brothers, Luigi and Carlo, heirs of a large industrial company, have a conflicting relationship: Carlo is gay and Luigi, successful in life, is unable to get his wife pregnant, so he asks his brother to donate sperm. However, the child is born exceptional, Cesco, and is exchanged for another in the maternity ward. Twenty to six years later these people meet and get into trouble.
