A couple of Breton hardware stores, Claire and Philippe Rochette, are crazy about series and detective novels. To satisfy their passion, they transfer their daughter Charline, a police captain, from Paris to Rennes, in order to interfere in his investigations. Charline doesn't need them to solve them, but they think so: they will investigate as a family.
