Dr. Akkanee and his team visit a superstitious village to debunk supernatural claims, where he meets and falls for a girl named Buapun. The village, near the Mekong River, is believed to trap spirits. The vengeful spirit of a princess seeks Dr. Akkanee, her past-life fiancé who betrayed her with Buapun’s past incarnation, resulting in a curse. Buapun becomes possessed, causing chaos. Only Dr. Akkanee's true love can save her and break the curse.
