Eighteen-year-old Nawa, who grew up with longboat rowing, dreams of winning a provincial championship with his father's boat. After quitting the sport, he meets Pai, a determined fellow science major with Olympic aspirations. Inspired by Pai, Nawa picks up rowing again and, by joining a canoeing club, starts to rediscover himself.
