This drama for Yorkshire Television starred Phyllis Calvert as a widowed mother living in Chelsea with her teenage son. She worked as "Dear Monica" on the agony colum of Heart and Home magazine, sorting out other people's problems in general and those of her editor in particular. There were 39 hour-long episodes between 1970 and 1972.
