Kitaro meets the girl Kaede Hiramoto, a high school girl who is threatened with death by a curse at the hands of a mysterious wizard. To save Kaaro, Kitaro must find five ancient musical instruments. He must then perform a ritual with these instruments. He only has 48 hours to do all that. Fortunately, there is Neko Musume and other Kitar friends who are willing to join the search.
