A high-ranking state visitor has announced his arrival at the barracks of instructor Schmidt. Prince Ravan and Princess Shirin are expected to sign a peace treaty at Schwangau Castle after the Middle Eastern kingdom of Kalluchistan was able to crush a coup d'état by Ravan's corrupt twin brother Habib with the support of the UN. In order to be safe from instructor Schmidt at the reception in the barracks, Colonel Herold sends him to Plan Square 56 far away to fight alleged terrorists. The colonel assigns the general's son, the pacifist recruit Rainer Zielinski, to assist him. When two armed men turn up there, Schmidt and Zielinski overpower them as supposed terrorists. Schmidt interprets their KSK special forces insignia as ‘Koran victory fighters’.
