Tony (Emmanuelle Bercot) has a skiing accident that results in her injuring her knee. She goes to a seaside clinic to recover. While there her rehabilitation councillor asks her to reflect on what led to her injury. Tony flashes back to her marriage with Georgio (Vincent Cassel).
