The adventures of Titus who from an early age was locked in the cellar by his adoptive parents with only a television set, a VCR and five hundred cartoons cassettes. We find him twenty years later in the clinic of the terrible doctor Schrink. But there, thwarting the plans of the most wicked, he meets love and soon glory.
