Paula and her husband travel to a town in the beautiful L'Empordà region of Catalonia to visit the house she inherited from her parents. What he discovers reveals a very different story. Paula cannot understand why her parents never spoke about her past. She and her husband decide to spend a few days in town to try to solve the mystery.
