Tom and his older brother Benjamin go to Sweden to find their father for the summer holidays. Tom dreads the reunion with this strange and lonely man. The father, himself, remains convinced that Tom has a gift for perceiving the invisible. He suggests that the children spend a few days in a cabin by a lake. But the place, very isolated, exacerbates Tom's fears. And the more the days pass, the less the return seems envisaged...
