Twenty-six-years-old Shindo Minato has savant syndrome. His memory is amazing, but he has difficulty communicating with other people. When Shindo Minato was little, he dreamed of becoming a doctor. He meets Dr. Shiga Akira. Dr. Shiga was surprised by the seven-year-old's memory of the human organs and decided to support Shindo Minato in achieving his dream. Eventually, Shindo Minato graduates from a medical school. Shiga Akira who is currently a chief at a large hospital suggests Shindo Minato to work in that hospital's pediatric surgery department.
