Medical drama based on the Country Doctor novella by A. J. Cronin and set in the fictional Scottish village of Tannochbrae. Series follows the experienced and mildly conservative Dr Cameron (Andrew Cruickshank) and his adventurous and enquiring junior partner Dr Finlay (Bill Simpson).
