Rat Marvin lives in a TV studio and secretly hosts his own knowledge show there when the humans have disappeared from the studio. The clever rodent is supported by a team of English-speaking reporters. The bilingual program includes two longer features from the world of animals and knowledge and shorter clips such as a quiz focusing on exotic animals. The common thread of the program is Marvi's actions and adventures in the studio. In addition, there is an episode with the World Reporters, who answer a knowledge question posed by Marvi during the course of the program.
