"Girls Squad" is a film that for the first time depicted the turbulent days of war in Khorramshahr from the perspective of women's resistance. This film was nominated to receive several Crystal Simorghs from the 40th edition of Fajr Film Festival and was able to win the Simorgh for the best visual effects and a diploma of honor for Fereshte Hosseini as a female supporting role.
