Prosper Essig's dead grandfather, Rabbi Ohanuna, appears to him in a prophetic dream and tells him that if he does not go with his family and the residents of the neighborhood to the celebration of Baba Sali in Netivot, someone will die due to a vow he made in a synagogue where he asked for the Gulf War to end.
