Glitter, laughter and eroticism fill the air in the table dance bar "Candy Club", the heart of the red mile. Johnny is the boss and everyone respects that, even underworld boss Wilhelm Kastor. Only the upstart Andreas Verhoven tries to disturb the “family peace”. He reveals to the businessman Kastor that Johnny's best friend Lothar, manager of the casino "Hans im Glück", has embezzled money - a death sentence. But Kastor and his companions don't even need to lend a hand themselves, because during a brawl disguised as sparring at the boxing school Zange, Andreas Lothar almost unconsciously beats him.
