A female university student, Kanna, dreamed of becoming a TV announcer but instead stabs her father to death. Certified psychologist, Yuki, is requested to write a book about this crime and therefore meets Kanna face-to-face. Though she is at the mercy of Kanna's ambiguous testimony, the two continue to stay in touch. As Kanna's mental state becomes clear, Yuki is made to confront memories she has buried in her own heart.
