In an airport blocked by a storm, Andrea, on his way to the United States of America where he will meet his children, tells an unknown travel companion his story: the meeting with Antonia, an emerging pianist, during a concert, wedding despite the opposition of the mother, the birth of three children, the meeting of Antonia with Davide, a violinist, which triggers the drama. Antonia, who had abdicated her artistic career out of love, would like to return to her concert career. Convinced that his wife is cheating on him and blinded by jealousy, Andrea kills Antonia.
